You can set off on cross-country skis straight from your accommodation.

Tatranská Štrba – Lieskovec/Švorcov kút trail

A mountain-type trail with an elevation gain of 45 m and a length of about 4 km. The lower section at the foot of the hill is suitable for beginners and children. The trail is next to Wellness Rezort and runs around Lieskovec hill.

Tatranská Štrba – Štrbské Pleso trail along the old road

A challenge that's worth it! An attractive route for true enthusiasts. After a demanding climb with 350 m of elevation gain, you are rewarded on the way back with a descent of almost 4 km.

Trail near the village of Štrba

This cross-country route starts at the western edge of the village of Štrba and heads west to the deserted medieval settlement of Šoldov. The full loop is more than 4 km long with an elevation gain of 70 m.

Mengusovce trail

Apart from the trails in Tatranská Štrba itself, the nearest cross-country trail is in the western part of the village of Mengusovce. The 10 km trail is groomed for two-way skiing, with classic tracks on both sides and space for skating in the middle. With gentle climbs and descents, its profile is suitable for beginners and children.
